PURPOSE OF TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS

The personal data provided through the Website will be processed by PETREM for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • Management of queries and requests: To handle requests for information made through the contact forms. (Legal basis: Consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

  • Customer and service management: To manage the business relationship, invoicing, administration, and use of services, loyalty cards, or fuel supply. (Legal basis: Execution of a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

  • Sending commercial communications:

    • For non-customer users: The sending of commercial communications will be based exclusively on the explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

    • For existing customers: It is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) or the prior contractual relationship, provided that the communications relate to products or services similar to those initially contracted.
